She responded to all correspondence, calls, and emails very, very quickly (within minutes normally). My experience here was great. Oliver made it extremely easy and took all of the stress out of buying a car. I would highly recommended this location to anyone looking for a car whether new or used. The warranties are great, my car had a small problem after I took it home, and the guys at MAS made sure that things were taking care of quickly to get the car fixed.
